Getting it to work was really simple. It only took a few seconds to turn the valve and find the right resistance for me. I followed the training exercises on the instructions that are included which was a great plus. I use it every morning before I start my day. I can already tell I am taking fuller, deeper breaths. My workouts don't hurt my lungs as much as they used to. The only thing I would change with it would be different color options.
I think this breathing trainer is well designed and seems to work well. I have just started using it so I don’t yet have feedback regarding effectiveness, but I can say that it is solidly built, and it is easy to adjust the resistance over a wide range, simply by turning the knob, you should be able to set any resistance from minimal to maximum resistance. The mouthpiece seems like the perfect size and is comfortable. The instructions are straightforward. It is also easy to clean. I like it.
So far, so good! I am using this trainer to help me breathe while walking. I use it in the morning before my daily walk/run. I have noticed that I am walking farther and experiencing less fatigue! The trainer is compact and easy to use. Finding the right resistance level requires a slight learning curve, but beyond that, it is intuitive.
I bought this to help improve my breathing during running and other exercises, and I'm noticing a definite improvement. I feel less winded and can push myself harder. The silicone feels durable and hygienic. My only minor complaint is that the instructions could be a little clearer regarding different training levels. Overall, a solid product that I recommend.
You charged me for a muscle trainer. I did not order it! The phone number on the box is not right. Credit my account and tell me where to send this back. Your instructions say don’t use if you have a pulmonary problem. I do. My doctor told me not to use it either,$
Original box came severely damaged, one of the breathing trainers didn't work, the other free bonus is very poor quality.
ordered 2, 1 didn't work and I am still waiting for a replacement. I will probably jut end up returning everything only based on the customer service and poor quality.

Honestly, I really liked the idea, however it simply doesn't produce enough resistance for me. It doesn't really feel significant and pursed lip breathing has a much higher resistance for me that feels much nicer post training. For people who are sick or with lower lung volume it's nice to get a pressure device for both inhalation and exhalation, however for me, it just misses the mark unfortunately

Easy. Easy to clean, easy to use and easy to adjust. Seems to help though it has only been a couple of weeks.
I found this to be a convenient, easy-to-use breathing trainer that I keep handy at my desk. Airflow is controlled by a single knob at the end of the device, providing resistance on inhalation and exhalation. I use it when I get up and move around every hour or so during the working day, and it works out well for me. This breath trainer is easy to use and really does the trick. It definitely makes breathing hard while at it's hardest settings, but is easy at it's easy settings (as it should be). So twist the dial to where you feel comfortable and train away!
