Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email us at support@oxybio.co with this information along with your order number to initiate the refund/exchange process.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order are not allowed 12 hours after an order is placed as we immediately process orders and send them to fulfillment centers.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are fully responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If the address cannot be verified, we will attempt to contact you once for clarification. If no response is received, your order will be shipped to the address provided. No replacements or refunds will be issued for orders affected by incorrect address information.

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraudulent activity, we verify all billing and shipping addresses to ensure they match the information on file with the payment processor. We also monitor all transactions for suspicious activity and may request additional information from the customer to verify the transaction. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and notify the customer immediately.
